Job Description

Al Ghaffar Travel, a leading travel management company located in DHA Phase 2, Karachi, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager – HR. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving recruitment, fostering employee engagement, and managing HR operations to enrich our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities: This role includes managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and facilitating training programs.

Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
