Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant HR Manager at Esols Ecommerce Solution. This role involves overseeing recruiting and employee performance programs while ensuring effective learning and development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions and post ads.
- Assist in recruitment and issue contracts.
- Maintain employee records and conduct orientations.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, 1-2 years of experience, strong communication skills.
