Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd, a rapidly growing and impact-driven organization, is in search of a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources. This role involves leading and managing HR operations, fostering employee development, and promoting organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and uphold HR policies and best practices.
- Manage recruitment processes and employee retention strategies.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Address employee relations and handle grievance processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
