Job Description
Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager of Sales and Distribution to strengthen our sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. This includes conducting market research to evaluate industry trends and customer requirements.
Your key responsibilities will involve ensuring timely delivery of products, managing inventory effectively, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners, and responding to customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing, 3-5 years of experience in FMCG or retail, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
