Job Description
Samad Rubber Works seeks an Assistant Manager, Sales Operations to lead Customer Services and ensure timely receivables. This full-time, in-person role requires coordinating regular customer meetings to keep accounts current, preparing biannual customer feedback reports for distributors and direct clients, directing customer inquiries to appropriate departments and following through to resolution, and distributing ledger and aging reports to stakeholders.
- Drive proactive follow-up to secure collections and maintain account health.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, 3–4 years in Sales Operations, and strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
