Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visit clients to explain offerings and close deals.
- Schedule meetings, negotiate, and convert leads into sales.
- Manage cash flows and token money effectively.
- Negotiate to maximize project sales and increase margins.
- Engage continuously with clients to build relationships.
Requirements: 1-3 years sales experience, Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and a passion for real estate.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
