Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent to oversee recruitment, development, and retention efforts. The role coordinates full-cycle hiring, conducts interviews, manages onboarding, and partners with managers to design career paths and training initiatives. You will maintain HR systems and the ATS, track talent metrics, and drive employee engagement and inclusion programs to support organizational goals.
