Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Assistant Manager Sales):

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories/segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, and customer support) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Provide input for marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical business practices

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with strong business acumen.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in client handling, business development, and contract negotiation.
