Job Description
We seek an energetic, results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our real estate sales team. The role involves assisting with sales strategy, leading sales consultants, managing client relationships, and driving property transactions.
- Responsibilities: implement sales plans, supervise and motivate the team to meet targets, conduct property presentations and site visits, manage CRM leads and conversions, prepare sales reports, and coordinate promotional events.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate (or related), 1–5 years sales experience (real estate preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, MS Office and CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel locally.
- Details: Full-time, in person. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs100,00 per month.
