Job Description
Join our dynamic Sales Department at IHCL as an Assistant Sales Manager. You will be an integral part of a team responsible for both reactive and proactive account sales, local and social catering sales, business travel sales, reservation sales, and destination sales.
You will be accountable for achieving revenue goals, ensuring guest and associate satisfaction, and maintaining the financial performance of the department. Collaborate with the team to strategize in meetings and submit RPFs per provided guidelines. Analyze competition and work with the Director of Finance to ensure effective pricing strategies.
