Job Description
Position Overview:
Jacked Nutrition is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support our daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a genuine passion for retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support store staff.
- Assist in training and enforcing company policies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Assist in managing daily operations and inventory.
- Collaborate to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
