Job Description
Collaborate Solutions is seeking a full-time, in-person Authorization Executive for the Patient Scheduling Department in DHA Phase 8, working 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. The role involves processing, reviewing, and verifying insurance pre-authorization requests; coordinating with providers, insurers, and internal teams; updating electronic records and scheduling systems; following up on required documentation; generating status reports; assisting with audits; and ensuring compliance with company and insurer regulations.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year in insurance, healthcare, or medical administration.
- Familiarity with pre-authorization and claims procedures; proficiency in MS Office and hospital/insurance software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
