Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a UK-based taxi firm, is expanding its operations in Pakistan and is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in E11-2, Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with UK clients, cab dispatching, and booking.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and providing professional customer service.
- Giving accurate quotes and allocating bookings to drivers.
- Effectively handling customer complaints and inquiries.
