Job Description
We are seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support while gathering customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience with Avatar software (preferred).
- Basic English proficiency with excellent listening skills.
- Handle 600-800 calls daily.
- Basic computer skills and a laptop with Windows 10.
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps and a good quality headset.
Shift Details:
- Part-time: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
