Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dedicated team. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging prospective customers.
Compensation:
- QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings
- Retention Bonuses based on working hours
Shift Timings: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Proficient in English, both speaking and listening
- Must have a laptop with Windows 10
- Quality headset required
- Internet connection of at least 15 Mbps
