Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to deliver exceptional customer support. As an SB Agent, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collect valuable feedback to enhance our services.
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop and quality headset
- Reliable internet (10 to 12 Mbps minimum)
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
