Job Description
SPEC Refinery (PVT) LTD is in search of an experienced Aviation Manager to spearhead and oversee all dimensions of our aviation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for flight planning, scheduling, maintenance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You will lead the recruitment and training of flight crew, implement robust safety management systems, manage operational budgets, and effectively resolve any operational challenges that arise.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or a related field, substantial experience in aviation operations management, a deep understanding of aviation regulations, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
