Job Description
We are Grow More, located in Gulberg, Lahore, seeking motivated B2B Sales Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate should identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and generate interest in our offerings. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with strong skills in lead scraping and data sourcing from platforms like LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be building rapport over the phone. Night shift availability from 3 AM to 12 PM is required. We offer a competitive salary starting at Rs40,00, with potential increases based on experience. A pick & drop service is available, and weekends are off.
