Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and manage appointment schedules.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
- Collaborate effectively with stylists and management to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: A high school diploma, prior customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional appearance are required.
