Job Description
GT Solutions USA seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) Admissions Coordinator to manage inquiries for 12 centers and guide families through the complete enrollment process. Responsibilities include responding to and following up with parents, coordinating with center staff, escalating and resolving complaints, tracking each child’s admission status, and sending email/SMS reminders for pending documents, deadlines, and tours. The role also requires generating reports on admission rates, capacity trends, waitlist lengths, and application patterns throughout the year. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English and Spanish. Employment: Full-time, on-site. Compensation: Rs55,00–Rs100,00 per month.
