Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions Limited Islamabad is seeking a fluent Urdu and English-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities: Handle high-volume calls, provide accurate product information, process orders and returns, maintain customer records, and meet satisfaction targets.
Requirements: Fluent in Urdu and English, high school diploma, 1-2 years of customer service experience, and strong technical skills in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Part-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
