Job Description
HRMD Solutions is seeking a full-time Billing & Accounts Receivable (A/R) Manager to join our team in Gulberg 3. This position is exclusively for night shifts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a minimum of 2+ years of management experience overseeing AR follow-up and billing teams. Key responsibilities include managing risk, achieving KPIs, and maintaining client interactions.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RCM software is a plus. A solid understanding of medical billing and insurance processes is required.
