Job Description
Join our vibrant team at ABS International as a Branch Manager located in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time position requires a commitment to leadership and dedication, working from Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategies for branch expansion and growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of over 50 banking and fintech professionals.
- Effectively manage branch profit and loss.
- Ensure adherence to SECP and SBP regulations.
- Develop and implement customer retention initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the banking or fintech sector.
- A MBA or Finance degree is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of SECP and SBP regulations.
- Strong strategic and decision-making abilities.
- Must be open to evening shifts.
