Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager with 2-3 years of microfinance experience. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage loan portfolio and recovery processes, maintaining PAR below 3%.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead and motivate branch staff.
- Engage clients through field visits.
