Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders effectively.
- Communicate with the call center for order details.
- Collaborate with baking and delivery teams.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Intermediate education.
- Experience in customer service or cashier role.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Team player.
Shift Timings: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
