Job Description
ZamZam Associates is seeking a Building Manager for our location in Jubilee Town, Lahore, near Bahria Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the building and should possess a military background.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting service charges from residents
- Supervising a team, including security staff, electricians, plumbers, and cleaners
- Maintaining accounts and log books
- Managing bill payments
- Ensuring backup systems are operational
- Facilitating smooth building operations for residents
This part-time role allows for remote management and effective communication. Compensation includes a salary of Rs40,00 to Rs45,00 per month, plus performance-based bonuses.
