Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and their parents.
- Effectively convert leads into enrollments.
- Advise on appropriate course selections based on individual student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with students.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Qualifications: A graduate in any field is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or telesales.
