Job Description
Atlantis Tech Private Limited seeks an ambitious Business/Sales Development Representative to lead targeted B2B outreach. Responsibilities include researching and engaging decision‑makers, executing high‑volume personalized LinkedIn campaigns, initiating prospect conversations, qualifying leads (need, budget, authority, timing), and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Requirements: 6–12 months proven sales development experience, strong LinkedIn prospecting, demonstrated B2B lead generation and appointment setting, excellent written and verbal English, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and CRM proficiency.
- Preferred: background in IT services, healthcare, SaaS, or outsourcing; medical billing sales experience is a plus.
- Location: I‑9/3 Islamabad. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM onsite. Full‑time.
