Job Description
Company: Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi
Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM to 07:00 PM)
Salary Range: 35,00 PKR – 40,00 PKR + Target-based Commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain client information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets.
- Handle client inquiries proactively.
Requirements:
- Experience in BPO or call center.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and organizational skills.
