Job Description
We seek a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager in Islamabad/Rawalpindi to drive revenue by identifying new markets, cultivating strategic client relationships, and closing long-term agreements. Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads; delivering product demonstrations in English.
- Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals.
- Managing CRM and sales pipeline; preparing forecasts and reports.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and tracking performance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a business-related field, 2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience, excellent English communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office, analytical problem-solving, and strong attention to detail.
