Job Description
Atlantis Tech Private Limited seeks a full-time, onsite Business Development Representative to identify and engage B2B prospects via LinkedIn and outbound channels. The BDR will execute high-volume personalized outreach and follow-ups, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM records. Candidates must have 6–12 months of sales or business development experience, strong LinkedIn prospecting skills, proven B2B lead generation and appointment-setting ability, excellent English, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. Experience in IT services, healthcare, SaaS, outsourcing, or medical billing is preferred. Location: I-9/3, Islamabad. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM.
