Position Requirements:
Qualification: Matriculation + 6-month diploma in splicing or a relevant field.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct jointing of optical fiber cables.
– Prepare cables for splicing by stripping and cleaving.
– Carry out precise splicing and secure joints.
– Maintain organized work to prevent pressure points.
– Lead the Maintenance Team effectively.
– Responsibly maintain and store tools.
