Job Description
Faisal Movers Express is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Agents to join our team at FMX Cargo Courier Company, located in Kalma Chowk, Lahore. If you have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipments and services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Exceptional communication skills required. Basic computer knowledge and customer service experience are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
