Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound call systems
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age Limit: 18 – 35
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center, preferably with UK-based companies
- Salary: Rs45,00, including up to Rs15,00 in incentives
- Free medical insurance
Shifts: Rotational shifts for males (morning, evening, and night), morning shifts for females. Work from home option available after probation.
