Job Description
Cipher Digital, a growing marketing company, is seeking passionate Sales Development Representatives to join our Sales Team for a US-based campaign. This outbound cold calling and prospecting role involves:
- Generating leads through outbound calls.
- Scheduling calls with clients.
- Converting leads into sales.
- Building strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in international sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales abilities.
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: PKR 40,00 – 70,00/month, plus uncapped incentives.
