Job Description
Join Easy Leads Mars BPO as a Call Center Agent! Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, or chats promptly.
- Efficiently resolve inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Meet or exceed satisfaction and call targets.

Requirements:
