Job Description
NEWGENS SOLUTIONS is seeking motivated and compassionate Call Center Agents to join our team for an ACA Campaign. In this role, you will assist individuals with their healthcare options under the Affordable Care Act by providing accurate information and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and respond to ACA inquiries.
- Provide information on ACA eligibility and enrollment.
- Assist clients with applications and the enrollment process.
- Document interactions in our CRM system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
