Job Description
We are seeking experienced and talented Call Center Agents with excellent communication skills to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with relevant departments for follow-ups
- Generating and following up on business leads
- Performing any additional tasks assigned by the line manager
