Job Description

Riz Solutions is seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a UK-based Taxi Company.
Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls, take taxi bookings, provide price quotes, and manage customer inquiries via email and live chat.
Requirements: Fluent English (preferably British), 2+ years of call center experience, knowledge of taxi booking software, excellent customer management skills.
Shift timings mainly at night; full-time and part-time positions available. Competitive salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
