Job Description
Traxxis Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic Female Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and sales abilities, along with a solid understanding of Digital Media Marketing. You will play a vital role in addressing customer inquiries and contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Promote and sell our services and products.
- Provide insights on Digital Media Marketing solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
