Job Description
Simcoe IT seeks Customer Service Representatives for a night-shift call center in P Block, DHA, Rehman Gardens, Lahore. Full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:00 PM–5:00 AM); on-site role. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Compensation: PKR 35,00–45,00 + daily incentives; additional pay for Saturday.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–6 months in sales or customer service preferred; international campaign experience a plus.
- Requirements: strong spoken and listening English, professional and polite call handling, punctuality, target-driven attitude, and ability to work nights.
- Key duties: handle inbound/outbound calls, liaise with international clients, resolve queries, maintain quality, and meet daily targets.
