Job Description
We are SAPH Solutions, seeking a Male Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves calling customers to confirm their cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, verifying shipping addresses, and maintaining precise records for smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm COD orders and verify customer addresses.
- Provide excellent customer support.
- Address customer objections and guide their decisions.
- Track shipments for on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate order records using Excel.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English and Urdu.
- Basic data entry and Excel proficiency.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
