We are seeking a dedicated Female Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative. The ideal candidate will confirm COD orders, verify addresses, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm orders and shipping addresses via phone.
- Provide friendly customer support.
- Persuade customers during objections.
- Track shipments and maintain records using Excel.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
