Job Description
Brain Tree is looking for a Call Center Representative to be the link between our company and its customers. The role includes making outbound calls, using communication scripts, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Utilize scripts effectively
- Provide solutions and upsell products
- Build strong customer relationships
- Maintain records of conversations
Requirements: Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills.
Basic salary: Rs30,00 + uncapped commissions, from 2 PM to 10 PM in Lahore.
