Job Description
FoneRep is seeking a committed Customer Support Executive for a US-based campaign, focusing on providing exceptional service. This role comprises 70% inbound calls and 30% outbound calls, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and active listening abilities
– Self-motivated, organized team player
– Basic proficiency in computer skills and CRM software
– Availability to work night shifts, starting at 6 PM
