Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals (Male & Female) to fill the position of Call Center Representative at sastiflight.com. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, provide information, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent communication
Qualifications: Matriculation or higher, strong communication skills in Urdu and English, team player, and basic computer skills.
