Job Description
Superior Tech Solutions is seeking experienced Call Center Representatives with exceptional communication skills to join our team. This is a night shift position from 6 PM to 3 AM, including a one-hour break. Please only apply if you are available during these hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism
- Document calls and maintain confidentiality
Requirements: Fluent in English, night shift availability, and phone etiquette.
