Job Description
Tech Harbour Services is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to serve as the key liaison between our company and its clientele. This role involves conducting outbound calls, following communication scripts, and addressing customer needs by providing effective solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Utilize scripts for various communication topics.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses.

Requirements:
