About Us:
At Aesthetic Labs by Tibbi, we are committed to providing outstanding service and quality in the aesthetics industry. We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to collect client feedback.
- Perform follow-up and reminder calls.
- Document and analyze client responses.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
- Collaborate with the team for service improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident and sharp.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong listening skills.
Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM, Monday to Saturday
Pay: Rs 30,00 – 35,00 per month + Incentives.
