Job Description
Overview:
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Team Lead to manage our customer service team. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective team performance. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of call center agents while driving productivity and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a call center.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in call center software and tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Stipend: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month + incentives on targets.
